The invention discloses an amphibious excavator chassis and a using method thereof.The amphibious excavator chassis comprises ship type buoyancy tank walking assemblies, floating ball assemblies and active stabilization devices which are arranged on the periphery of a rotary platform, ship type buoyancy tanks are unfolded or folded towards the periphery through first hydraulic telescopic assemblies, and the purpose that the gravity center of an excavator is adjusted to be always kept lower than the buoyancy center is achieved; side turning and overturning of the excavator are prevented; the PLC control assembly adjusts the states of the first hydraulic telescopic assembly, the second hydraulic telescopic assembly and the active stabilization device in real time according to data provided by the angular velocity gyro sensor, so that the floating ball assembly provides corresponding buoyancy according to the magnitude of acting force generated by excavating soil during operation, and the excavator is always in a balanced state; front-back pitching and violent shaking are not generated; the active stabilization devices located on the left side and the right side of the chassis can actively reduce shaking of the excavator in water, meanwhile, power can be provided in the water, and the influence of water flow on excavating operation of the excavator is overcome.
本发明公开了一种水路两栖挖掘机底盘及其使用方法,包括回转平台四周设置的船式浮箱行走组件、浮球组件及主动减摇装置,通过第一液压伸缩组件将船式浮箱向四周展开或收拢,达到调节挖掘机重心始终保持低于浮心的目的,防止挖掘机的侧翻、倾覆;而PLC控制组件根据角速度陀螺感应器提供的数据实时调节第一液压伸缩组件、第二液压伸缩组件及主动减摇装置的状态,使浮球组件根据作业时挖掘土壤产生的作用力的大小提供相应的浮力,使挖掘机始终处于平衡状态,不产生前后俯仰以及剧烈摇晃;位于底盘左右两边的主动减摇装置可以主动降低挖掘机在水里的晃动,同时可以在水里提供动力,克服水流对挖掘机挖掘作业的影响。
