Modularized superimposed steel-concrete building unit and production method and installation method thereof
The invention discloses a modular superimposed steel-concrete building unit and a production method and an installation method thereof. The steel-concrete building unit comprises stand columns, a top beam, a bottom beam and inter-beam assemblies. The top beam is H-shaped steel; two ends of the top beam are welded with the upright posts; the bottom beam is a reinforced concrete beam; two ends of the bottom beam are welded with the upright posts; the inter-beam assembly comprises an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve, the outer sleeve is welded to the bottom of the bottom beam, the inner sleeve is welded to the top of the top beam, and when one steel-concrete building unit is stacked on the other steel-concrete building unit, the outer sleeve on the upper portion is arranged on the inner sleeve on the lower portion in a sleeved mode. The steel-concrete building units are mounted in an overlapped manner during application, and when the steel-concrete building units bear pressure loads, due to the fact that the bottom beams are the steel-concrete beams with concrete, the advantage that the concrete is high in pressure resistance is fully utilized, and the problem that a traditional steel structure modular building is insufficient in rigidity and prone to tremble is solved.
