The invention relates to a roof connecting structure and a roof system comprising the same, and belongs to the field of building structures. The roof system comprises a first roof panel structure, an aluminum veneer structure, a daylighting panel structure and a second roof panel structure which are sequentially arranged and connected through connecting structures, the first roof panel structure is connected with the aluminum veneer structure through a first connecting structure, and the interior of the aluminum veneer structure is connected with the daylighting panel structure through a second connecting structure. The daylighting panel structure and the second roof panel structure are connected through a third connecting structure. The first connecting structure and the third connecting structure each comprise a U-shaped groove defined by steel square pipes, the connecting strength between adjacent structural plates of the roof system can be enhanced through the three connecting structures, the U-shaped grooves can assist in roof drainage, and waterproof layers are laid on the inner sides of the U-shaped grooves so that the anti-seepage effect of the roof can be achieved. The daylighting panel structures are arranged between the roof panel structures, and the indoor daylighting effect is improved while the structural strength is guaranteed.
