The split type fast-assembly door body comprises a door core main body, the first frame body piece comprises a first inner frame body and a transverse frame skeleton, the first inner frame body is matched with the transverse side edge of the door core main body in an inserted mode, and the first inner frame body is connected with the transverse frame skeleton in a clamped mode; and the second frame body piece comprises a second inner frame body and a side frame skeleton, the second inner frame body is matched with the vertical side edge of the door core body in an inserted connection mode, the second inner frame body is connected with the side frame skeleton in a clamped mode, and the transverse frame skeleton is fixedly connected with the side frame skeleton. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses an installation method based on the split type fast-installation door body, and the problems that the cost, the workload and the working difficulty are increased due to the fact that an existing door core plate is changed are solved.
