A material for sintered bodies, which contains an oxyfluoride of a rare earth element represented by REaObFc (where RE is a rare earth element, b/a is 0.9 or less, and c/a is 1.1 or more), the ratio of the number of moles of fluorine element (F) to the number of moles of rare earth element (RE) (F/RE molar ratio) in the whole material being 1.3-2.8, and the content of aluminum (Al) being 50 ppm by mass or less. The content of silicon (Si) is preferably 500 mass ppm or less.
一种烧结体用材料,其含有用REaObFc(其中,RE为稀土类元素,b/a为0.9以下,c/a为1.1以上)表示的稀土类元素的氟氧化物,材料整体中的氟元素(F)的摩尔数相对于稀土类元素(RE)的摩尔数之比(F/RE摩尔比)为1.3以上且2.8以下,铝(Al)的含量为50质量ppm以下。硅(Si)的含量优选为500质量ppm以下。
