The invention provides an additive slow-release carrier which is composed of ordered ettringite materials, is light in weight, high in strength and variable in size, can replace aggregate in concrete or mortar with equal volume or equal mass, is very high in adaptability to a cement matrix, and has a high loading rate at the same time. The additive slow-release carrier can be prepared through different low-cost process routes, sustainable utilization of solid waste is achieved, and the additive slow-release carrier is green and low-carbon. The loaded concrete admixture comprises a waterproof agent, a corrosion inhibitor, an anti-freezing agent and the like, the performance of the concrete can be efficiently improved, the carrier material is used for enhancing advantages and avoiding disadvantages, other side effects are reduced, and accurate release of the admixture in the space-time range is achieved.
本发明提供了一种外加剂缓释载体,该载体由有序化钙矾石材料组成,轻质高强,尺寸多变,可等体积或等质量取代混凝土或砂浆中的骨料,和水泥基体适配性非常高,同时具有高装载率。本申请中的外加剂缓释载体可通过不同低成本工艺路线制备,实现固废可持续利用,绿色低碳。本申请中所负载的混凝土外加剂包括防水剂、阻锈剂、防冻剂等,能够高效提升混凝土性能,并且借助载体材料扬长避短,减少其它副作用,实现外加剂在时空范畴下的精准释放。
