The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, in particular to a staged slow-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method and application thereof.The staged slow-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from, by mass, 30%-45% of unsaturated polyether monomers, 8%-12% of unsaturated ester monomers, 3%-5% of unsaturated organic acid, 3%-5% of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the balance water. The unsaturated ester-based monomer comprises, by mass, 1-3% of a phosphate-based functional monomer, 1-2% of an initiator, 1-3% of a catalytic chain transfer agent, 0.3-0.5% of a catalyst, and the balance of water, and the unsaturated ester-based monomer comprises hydroxyethyl acrylate and hydroxypropyl acrylate in a mass ratio of 2: 8-7: 3. The addition proportion of hydroxyethyl acrylate and hydroxypropyl acrylate in the raw materials of the water reducing agent is regulated and controlled, so that the obtained water reducing agent can achieve the effect of selectively regulating and controlling the slump retaining time of concrete within the range of 1-3 hours, the requirements under the conditions that the transportation time is changed and the like can be met, and the working performance of the concrete is not influenced.
本发明涉及混凝土外加剂技术领域,尤其涉及阶段性缓释型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法和应用,所述阶段性缓释型聚羧酸减水剂的各原料组分的添加量按照质量百分比计为:不饱和聚醚单体30~45%,不饱和酯基单体8~12%,不饱和有机酸3~5%,磷酸酯基功能单体1~3%,引发剂1~2%,催化链转移剂1~3%,催化剂0.3~0.5%,余量为水,其中所述不饱和酯基单体为丙烯酸羟乙酯与丙烯酸羟丙酯,两者质量比为2:8~7:3。本发明通过调控减水剂原料中丙烯酸羟乙酯与丙烯酸羟丙酯的添加比例,得到的减水剂能够达到对混凝土的保坍时间在1~3小时范围进行选择性调控的效果,可满足运输时间长短发生改变等情况下的需求,且不影响混凝土的工作性能。
