The invention relates to the technical field of road cleaning equipment, and provides a sanitation vehicle which comprises a sweeping vehicle body and a fallen leaf cleaning device. Wherein a hanging end is arranged at the tail part of the road sweeping vehicle body. The fallen leaf cleaning device is detachably connected to the hanging end of the road sweeping vehicle body. Through the structural arrangement, the fallen leaf cleaning device can be detached in a non-fallen leaf season, so that the sweeping vehicle body independently performs daily narrow road cleaning work. In the fallen leaf season, the fallen leaf cleaning device can be connected to the hanging end of the sweeping vehicle body, so that the fallen leaf cleaning function is added to the original sweeping vehicle body.
