The pile head structure comprises a pile body, an expansion assembly, a first lantern ring and a second lantern ring, the pile body is sleeved with the first lantern ring and the second lantern ring, the second lantern ring is rotationally matched with the pile body and is close to a pile tip of the pile body relative to the first lantern ring, and the first lantern ring is movably matched with the pile body in the axial direction of the pile body; the expansion assembly comprises a first expansion plate and a second expansion plate which are rotationally connected, the other end of the first expansion plate is rotationally connected with the first lantern ring, and the other end of the second expansion plate is rotationally connected with the second lantern ring; the first expansion plate can move along with the first lantern ring to get close to the second expansion plate, so that the connecting portion of the first expansion plate and the second expansion plate can move in the radial direction of the pile body in the direction away from the pile body and move in the axial direction of the pile body in the direction close to the second lantern ring. According to the pile head structure, the connection stability of the positioning pile and the soil body can be improved.
