The invention relates to a frustum-shaped uplift tubular pile and a construction method thereof.The frustum-shaped uplift tubular pile comprises a prefabricated frustum tubular pile section, a plurality of grouting main pipes are embedded in the prefabricated frustum tubular pile section, and a plurality of grouting branch pipes distributed at equal intervals are connected to the grouting main pipes in the length direction of the grouting main pipes; arc-shaped grooves which are in one-to-one correspondence with the grouting branch pipes and matched with the shape of the side wall of the prefabricated frustum pipe pile section are formed in the side wall face of the prefabricated frustum pipe pile section, and the grouting branch pipes are arranged obliquely upwards and communicate with the corresponding arc-shaped grooves. A conical groove matched with the end of the arc-shaped steel plate is formed in the groove bottom, located below the grouting branch pipe, of the arc-shaped groove, and the two sides of the arc-shaped steel plate are rotationally connected to the position, located at the junction of the groove bottom of the conical groove and the groove bottom of the arc-shaped groove, of the prefabricated frustum pipe pile section. The tubular pile has the beneficial effects that the tubular pile is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, the uplift bearing capacity of the tubular pile can be greatly improved, the pile can be formed by adopting a hammering method, a static pressure method or a pile planting method, and the pile sinking method is wide in application range.
本发明涉及一种锥台形抗拔管桩及其施工方法,锥台形抗拔管桩包括预制锥台管桩节,预制锥台管桩节内埋设有多根注浆干管,注浆干管上沿注浆干管长度方向接有多根等间距分布的注浆支管,预制锥台管桩节侧壁面开设有与注浆支管一一对应且与预制锥台管桩节侧壁外形适配的弧形槽,注浆支管斜向上设置并与对应的弧形槽连通,弧形槽内嵌合有弧形钢板,弧形槽位于注浆支管下方的槽底开设有与弧形钢板端部适配的锥形槽,弧形钢板两侧转动接于预制锥台管桩节上位于锥形槽槽底与弧形槽槽底的交界处。本发明的有益效果在于:管桩结构简单,便于制造且能大幅度提高管桩的抗拔承载力,可采用锤击法、静压法沉桩或植桩法成桩,沉桩方法适应范围广。
