The invention relates to a charging connector locking device comprising an electronic lock used for locking and unlocking a plug and a socket of a charging connector; the stroke sensor is arranged on the electronic lock to detect a stroke signal of the electronic lock; the state detection module is used for generating a state detection signal based on a locking state signal of the electronic lock and the stroke signal; the control module is used for generating a locking signal or an unlocking signal based on a vehicle power-on signal and the state detection signal; and the electromechanical interlocking driving module is used for controlling the electronic lock to be locked based on the locking signal or controlling the electronic lock to be unlocked based on the unlocking signal. Unlocking and interlocking of the electronic lock can be controlled based on the vehicle power-on signal and the state fed back by the stroke sensor and the electronic lock, so that effective locking of the connector is achieved, the situation that an operator pulls out the charging connector by mistake, and consequently the electric shock danger is possibly caused is prevented, and it is guaranteed that the charging connector can be effectively pulled out in the vehicle power-off state.
