The invention relates to a flow equalizing system control method and a flow equalizing system. The flow equalizing system control method and the flow equalizing system are used for reducing the difference between the oil smoke discharge effect in a kitchen located on a low floor and the oil smoke discharge effect in a kitchen located on a high floor. The control method of the current sharing system comprises the following steps that the electric valves and the terminals located in the residential kitchens of the same floor are connected with the power supply through the same socket; the terminals located on different floors of the same building are started, each sensor is used for acquiring a first electric signal generated by the operation of the terminal located on the same floor, the sensors transmit the first electric signal to the processor through the socket controller of the socket, and the processor calls an executable computer program stored in the memory to send the first electric signal to the processor. Executing the first electric signals from all socket controllers of the same building and then generating second electric signals; and the processor transmits the second electric signal to the fan controller and each socket controller, and each socket controller changes the opening size of the exhaust port in the electric valve according to the second electric signal.
