To provide a sharing system and a sharing method capable of achieving both security and convenience.SOLUTION: A sharing system 30 includes an identification part 13, an authentication part 65, and a control part 14. The identification part 13 acquires identification information Di from a wireless key 4 used to operate a vehicle 1 among a plurality of wireless keys 4, and identifies the wireless key 4 from the identification information Di. The authentication part 65 authenticates reservation information Da of a use reservation of the vehicle 1 made by a sharing user in advance. The control part 14 permits the vehicle 1 to be actuated without requiring the authentication of the reservation information Da in the case that an owner key among the plurality of wireless keys 4 is identified by the identification part 13. Also, the control part 14 permits the vehicle 1 to be actuated on the basis of the authentication of the reservation information Da in the case that a sharing key among the plurality of wireless keys 4 is identified by the identification part 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
