The super-hydrophilic nanometer self-cleaning aluminum plate product comprises an aluminum plate body, and the ornamental surface of the aluminum plate body is sequentially provided with a primer layer, a finish paint layer, a varnish layer and a super-hydrophilic nanometer film layer from inside to outside. The production method comprises the following steps: primarily treating the aluminum plate; the treated ornamental surface layer of the aluminum plate is subjected to surface treatment; the aluminum plate subjected to surface treatment is subjected to fluorocarbon treatment and then subjected to weather-proof powder spraying, airing and product quality inspection; and uniformly coating the surface of the aluminum plate with a nano plating solution by using a coating tool for the qualified product after treatment at normal temperature, airing, forming a layer of super-hydrophilic nano film on the surface of the aluminum plate to obtain a finished product, pasting a protective film, and warehousing. A layer of nano plating solution is coated on the surface of the aluminum plate to form a transparent super-hydrophilic nano film coating, and the coating can form mechanical effects of water moistening and water washing, so that the surface of the aluminum plate has a water self-cleaning effect, meanwhile, the ageing resistance of the plate can be greatly improved, and the service life of the plate can be greatly prolonged.
本发明公开了一种超亲水纳米自洁铝板制品,包括铝板本体,铝板本体的观赏表面依次由内到外设有底漆层、面漆层、清漆层和超亲水纳米膜层。其生产步骤包括铝板的初步处理;将处理后铝板的观赏表面层进行表面处理;将表面处理后的铝板进行氟碳处理,再进行耐候粉末喷涂,晾干、产品质检;处理后质检合格的产品在常温下使用涂刷工具对铝板表面均匀涂刷纳米镀液,晾干,铝板表面则形成一层超亲水纳米膜,得成品,然后贴保护膜、入库。本发明通过在铝板表面涂刷一层纳米镀液,形成一种透明的超亲水纳米膜涂层,该涂层能够形成水润及水冲刷的力学效应,从而铝板表面具有遇水自洁的功效,同时还能够大幅度的提升板材自身的抗老化性能以及使用寿命。
