Polymer modified cement-based patching material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and discloses a polymer modified cement-based repairing material and a preparation method thereof. The polymer modified cement-based repairing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 to 30 parts of waterborne epoxy resin, 3 to 8 parts of curing agent, 100 to 120 parts of cement, 20 to 35 parts of fly ash, 15 to 25 parts of modified steel fiber, 200 to 300 parts of fine aggregate, 5 to 15 parts of modified polyvinyl alcohol, 0.3 to 1 part of water reducing agent, 0.2 to 0.5 part of defoaming agent and 25 to 50 parts of deionized water. The modified steel fibers are prepared by modifying silicon dioxide-loaded steel fibers with polyethyleneimine and then grafting carboxylated metakaolin; by adding the modified steel fibers and the modified polyvinyl alcohol, a cement base obtains higher interface bonding strength, the compressive strength and the breaking strength are high, corrosion of the steel fibers can be effectively hindered, and meanwhile, the maximum pullout force and pullout energy consumption are both improved.
