Anti-seepage reinforcing grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-seepage reinforcement grouting material especially used for a dam body of an underground reservoir of a coal mine, a preparation method of the anti-seepage reinforcement grouting material and an anti-seepage reinforcement grouting method. The anti-seepage reinforcing grouting material comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises gangue mineral powder, superfine cement and water, the average particle size of the gangue mineral powder is 0.019 mm or below, the average particle size of the superfine cement is 0.019 mm or below, the weight ratio of the gangue mineral powder to the superfine cement is (0.5-3): 7, and the component B comprises a component C and a component D, the weight ratio of the water to the sum of the gangue mineral powder and the superfine cement is 1: (0.8-1.5); the component B is water glass, and the baume degree of the component B is 20-40; and the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 10: (0.1-1). According to the reinforcing grouting material, waste gangue in the coal mining process is fully utilized, the resource utilization efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, and meanwhile, a consolidated body formed by the waste gangue is good in toughness and deformation resistance.
