The invention relates to an expansion type efficient anti-seepage composite grouting material which is formed by mixing a component A and a component B, the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-70 parts of cement, 1-10 parts of water-swelling rubber powder and 10-20 parts of fly ash; 5 to 20 parts of superfine mineral powder; 0-10 parts of silica fume; 0.05 to 0.4 part of a fluidizing agent; 0-0.2 part of a water retaining agent; 0.2 to 2 parts of redispersible latex powder; 0 to 0.04 part of a retarder; 0.02 to 0.05 part of a defoaming agent; wherein the cement is formed by compounding Portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement: 2-6 parts of water-soluble epoxy resin and 94-98 parts of water. The component A and the component B are uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.5-0.8). The composite grouting material disclosed by the invention is high in condensation speed, good in fluidity, capable of generating volume micro-expansion in a hardening process, good in adhesion with a contacted rock stratum, and good in anti-seepage effect.
本发明是一种膨胀型高效防渗复合灌浆料,由A组分、B双组分混合而成。A组分由以下原料按重量比配制而成:水泥45‑70份,吸水膨胀型橡胶粉1‑10份,粉煤灰10‑20份;超细矿粉5‑20份;硅灰0‑10份;流化剂0.05‑0.4份;保水剂0‑0.2份;可再分散乳胶粉0.2‑2份;缓凝剂0‑0.04份;消泡剂0.02‑0.05份;其中水泥由硅酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥复合而成:水溶性环氧树脂2‑6份,水94‑98份。A、B组分按质量比1:(0.5‑0.8)的比例均匀混合。本发明的复合灌浆料凝结速度快,流动性好,硬化过程中产生体积微膨胀,与所接触岩层有良好的粘结,防渗效果好。
