The invention provides a preparation method of an atomization core matrix, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: providing silicate, alkali metal oxide and a binder, the silicate is needle-shaped, the alkali metal oxide is spherical or similar to spherical, and the silicate, the alkali metal oxide and the binder are uniformly mixed to obtain a first mixture; and providing a pore-forming agent, and uniformly mixing the pore-forming agent with the first mixture to obtain the atomizing core matrix raw material. And the atomizing core matrix raw material is prepared into an atomizing core matrix semi-finished product through a forming process. A semi-finished product of the atomizing core base body is sintered to remove the pore forming agent, the atomizing core base body is obtained, silicate and alkali metal oxide in the atomizing core base body are matched with each other to form a three-dimensional net-shaped structure, and therefore a liquid guide channel is formed in the atomizing core base body. The preparation method of the atomization core matrix is simple in process and low in cost, the atomization core matrix with the high porosity can be prepared, and therefore the oil guiding capacity and the oil locking capacity of the atomization core matrix are improved.
