The invention provides a surface-strengthened guard rail for a railway turnout and a manufacturing method of the surface-strengthened guard rail. Comprising a guard rail body, and a wear-resistant layer is arranged on the guard rail working edge of the guard rail body. The wear-resistant layer and the guardrail body are tightly connected into a whole; the wear-resistant layer is a bainite steel wear-resistant layer; and the wear-resistant layer is a surface-strengthened wear-resistant layer prepared by adopting an electric arc additive manufacturing or laser cladding technology. The method is simple, the prepared bainite steel wear-resistant layer is good in compatibility with an existing guard rail body, reasonable in design, high in strength, good in wear resistance and not prone to falling off, the working conditions of the existing guard rail can be improved, and therefore the service life of the guard rail is prolonged, and the driving safety of the guard rail is improved.
提供一种铁路道岔用表面强化护轨及其制造方法。包括护轨本体,护轨本体的护轨工作边制有耐磨层;耐磨层与护轨本体紧密连为一个整体;耐磨层为贝氏体钢耐磨层;耐磨层为采用电弧增材制造或激光熔覆技术制得的表面强化耐磨层。本发明方法简单,制得的贝氏体钢耐磨层与现有护轨本体相容性好,设计合理,强度高和耐磨性能好,不易脱落,能改善现有护轨的工作条件,从而提高护轨的使用寿命和行车安全。
