System strengthening/controlling the horizontal bearing power of a guard rail on the scarp and structure comprised the guard rail thereof and method constructing the guard rail thereof
Disclosed are a system for strengthening and controlling horizontal bearing power of a guard rail in an embankment section, a structure for strengthening and controlling horizontal bearing power of a guard rail mounted on a slope face, and a method for installing a guard rail using the same, which can supplement a shortfall of horizontal bearing power of a guard rail pillar, which is caused by a ″guard rail installation width″ narrower than a provided allowable value, by a horizontal bearing power strengthening structure, prevent a fatal life threatening by an initial shock reaction power since absorbing impact load by the horizontal bearing power strengthening structure in such a way that absorption by flexion deformity is anteceded before absorption by reaction, and reduce the size of reaction power, which is a main cause of a secondary accident. Furthermore, the present invention can prevent a fatal life threatening by a secondary reaction by breaking a control unit of a shock reaction supporting and controlling member if distribution bearing power (f) distributed to the shock reaction supporting and controlling member exceeds,[impact load (F) corresponding to allowable horizontal bearing power of pillar] while the initial impact load is decreased by the impact load distribution and flexion deformity of a bending absorbing member.
본 발명은 성토구간 비탈면의 “가드레일 설치 폭”이 규정된 허용치보다 통상 좁게 형성됨으로 인해 발생된 가드레일 지주의 수평지지력의 부족분을 수평지지력보강구조에 의해 보강되게 함과 동시에, 이와 함께 충격하중을 수평지지력보강구조에 의해 흡수되게 하되 굴곡변형에 의한 흡수가 반작용에 의한 흡수보다 선행 흡수되게 하여 초기 충격반작용력으로 인한 치명적인 생명의 위험을 방지하면서 후속되는 2차 사고의 주범인 반작용에 의한 반작용력의 크기를 크게 감소시키고자한 것이다. 그뿐 아니라 선행된 충격하중분배ㆍ휨 흡수부재의 굴곡변형에 의해 초기충격하중이 감소되는 과정에서 충격반작용지지ㆍ제어부재에 배분된 분배지지력 f의 크기가, 「지주의 허용수평지지력에 대응된 충격하중 F」의 을 초과될 경우, 충격반작용지지ㆍ제어부재의 제어부가 파단 됨으로써 2차 반작용으로 인한 치명적인 생명의 위험을 사전에 방지하도록 한 발명이다.
