Method for preventing freezing injury of loess roadbed in seasonal freezing area
The invention provides a device and a method for preventing freezing injury of a loess roadbed in a seasonal frozen area by utilizing a roadbed heating pipeline in a heating period (the legal heating time generally starts from November 15 of each year to March 15 of the next year, totally four months) in northern China, and the method comprises the following specific treatment steps: step 1, investigating a roadbed site before construction; physical and mechanical properties before roadbed treatment are obtained; 2, road survey design is carried out, and a site where a heat dissipation section needs to be arranged is selected; and 3, according to the physical and mechanical characteristics and cross section design parameters of the soil body obtained through exploration, designing specific parameters such as the number, the radius, the material and the thickness of the heat preservation layer of the roadbed heat preservation layer and the roadbed heating pipeline of each heat dissipation section. The method not only can prevent the loess subgrade in a seasonal freezing area from being frozen, but also can effectively reduce the moisture content of the soil body in the snow melting period, and keeps the bearing capacity and strength of the subgrade.
本发明提供了一种利用我国北方供暖期间(法定供暖时间一般从每年的11月15日开始,到次年的3月15日停止,共4个月)的路基加热管道防止季节性冰冻区黄土路基发生冻害的装置及方法,处理的具体步骤如下:步骤一:对施工前的路基场地进行勘察,得出路基处理前的物理力学特性;步骤二:进行道路勘测设计,选择需要布置散热段的场地;步骤三:根据勘察所得土体的物理力学特性与横断面设计参数,对各个散热段的路基保温层和路基加热管道的数量、半径、保温层材料及厚度等具体参数进行设计。本发明不仅能防止季节性冰冻区的黄土路基产生冻害,还能在融雪期时有效降低土体的含水率,保持路基的承载力与强度。
