The invention relates to a mountainous area pavement base construction method. The method comprises the steps that 1, a mold is built; 2, laying a base layer; 3, dendritic molds are inserted, specifically, after the concrete layer is laid, the dendritic molds are irregularly distributed and inserted into the concrete layer, and the dendritic molds are plastic molds made of polyethylene; step 4, pouring an asphalt layer; 5, cooling, wherein the asphalt layer is subjected to air cooling; according to the method, the branch-shaped mold with the same height as the branch-shaped mold is inserted in the concrete pouring process, the branch-shaped mold can be filled with high-temperature asphalt in the pouring process, meanwhile, the branch-shaped mold can be melted, and therefore the part, located on the concrete layer, of the asphalt layer is distributed in the concrete layer in a branch shape; therefore, the connection strength between the concrete layer and the asphalt layer is improved, and the asphalt layer and the concrete layer are not easy to separate.
