The invention discloses a pavement base construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, removing sundries on the surface of an original pavement base, and horizontally extruding and feeding steel pipe piles from the outer side to the inner side of the original pavement base; 2, filling and leveling up the surface of an original pavement base layer, and arranging a hydrophobic layer on a filling plane; thirdly, a surface layer supporting layer is arranged on the surface of the hydrophobic layer; and 4, a surface wearing layer is arranged on the surface of the surface supporting layer. The sinking pavement base can be well repaired, the strength is improved by reinforcing the surface layer, the stability of the pavement base is improved, the structural strength of the pavement base is guaranteed, and the service life of the pavement base is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种路面基层施工方法，包括：步骤一，清除原路面基层表面杂物，在原路面基层的外侧向内侧水平挤压送入钢管桩；步骤二，将原路面基层表面填平，向填平面设置疏水层；步骤三，向所述疏水层表面设置面层支撑层；步骤四，向所述面层支撑层表面设置面层磨耗层。本发明能够良好修复下沉的路面基层，并通过加固面层提高强度，增加路面基层稳定性，保障路面基层的结构强度，延长路面基层的使用寿命。
