The invention relates to the field of bridges, and discloses a double-span curved beam bridge and a bridge construction method.The double-span curved beam bridge comprises a beam bridge unit, and the beam bridge unit comprises a beam bridge main frame and a web arch assembly erected above the beam bridge main frame; the bridge main frame comprises a first base, curved beams and cross beams, the curved beams and the cross beams are arranged on the two sides of the first base in the second direction, one end of each curved beam is connected with the first base, the other end of each curved beam is connected with the corresponding cross beam, a bridge deck is in lap joint between the two cross beams, and the end, away from the curved beams, of each cross beam is provided with a second base used for supporting the corresponding cross beam in the first direction; the web arch assembly comprises a main web arch and auxiliary web arches arranged on the two sides of the main web arch in the second direction respectively, arch feet at the two ends of the main web arch are hinged to the two curved beams respectively, the arch foot at one end of each auxiliary web arch is hinged to the main web arch, the arch foot at the other end of each auxiliary web arch is hinged to the corresponding curved beam, and buttresses are arranged on the arch tops of the main web arch and the auxiliary web arches. The curved beams and the web arches are combined, and the bearing capacity of the bridge is improved under the condition that the spanning capacity of the bridge is guaranteed.
