The invention provides a construction method of an integrated formwork supporting system suitable for all-aluminum formwork construction, the construction method comprises a formwork transfer mode and a supporting system installation mode, and the building all-aluminum formwork transfer mode comprises basement transfer and tower and podium building transfer. The formworks and the auxiliary parts are horizontally transferred to adjacent construction areas through electric carts, and when the negative first floor is transferred to the first floor, vertical transfer is conducted through a discharging platform, an equipment reserved hole and a post-cast strip; when a single-layer basement is completely poured, a material conveying opening is formed in a lower floor slab, and if the material conveying opening is formed in a top plate of the basement, a water stop steel plate is arranged; when the tower building and the podium building are transferred, after all the formworks are removed, manual transferring is conducted to the upper layer through a material transferring opening or a structural hole; and the formworks and the auxiliary parts are packed on the bottom layer and transferred to the operation layer through a tower crane by means of an unloading platform arranged on the bottom layer.
