A bucket lip for an earthmoving machine, comprising a body (1a, 1b) and a plurality of noses (3) protruding from the body (1a, 1b); at least one transfer surface (4a, 4b) between each nose (3) and the body (1b) has a change in inclination of between 0 DEG and 10 DEG, each transfer surface (4a, 4b) comprising at least a portion of the stabilization surface (9a, 9b) of the respective nose (3) and a portion of the surface of the body (1b). Further, a method for manufacturing a dipper lip includes introducing molten steel into a mold of the dipper lip through one or more openings in the mold, the mold including a plurality of feeders; cooling or waiting for the molten steel introduced into the mold until it solidifies; and removing the plurality of risers from the bucket lip made in the mold.
