The invention provides a double-main-beam upward moving type movable formwork. The double-main-beam upward moving type movable formwork comprises main beams, a nose bridge, a suspension system, a rear longitudinal moving system, a walking mechanism, a front supporting leg, a middle supporting leg and a formwork system. The two groups of main beams are connected through the transverse connecting piece, the two groups of nose bridges are connected with the main beams respectively, and the main beams and the nose bridges form a double-beam structure body; each group of suspension system comprises a cross beam and a suspension beam, and the cross beam penetrates through the two groups of main beams; suspended beams are respectively arranged on the two sides of the cross beam on the outer sides of the two groups of main beams, and are movably fixed on the cross beam; the rear longitudinal moving system is located at the tail parts of the main beams, the two groups of walking mechanisms are respectively connected with one group of main beams, the two groups of middle supporting legs are respectively connected with one group of main beams, and the two groups of front supporting legs are respectively connected with one group of nose bridges and are located at the front ends of the nose bridges. The walking mode of the ascending type movable formwork and the formwork opening mode of the descending type movable formwork are combined, and continuous operation of bridge construction in a small clearance space can be efficiently achieved.
