The invention provides a construction method of a split type ascending type movable formwork, which comprises the following steps: firstly, a whole split type ascending type movable formwork passes through a hole in a bridge in place, the whole split type ascending type movable formwork is prepared in an initial state, and meanwhile, a whole reinforcement cage is bound on a reinforcement binding rack behind the whole split type ascending type movable formwork; after the whole reinforcement cage is put into the mold, construction of a pouring area below a main beam and construction of a reinforcement cage binding area on a reinforcement binding rack are synchronously conducted; demolding the whole machine and preparing a via hole state; and finally, the whole machine passes through the hole in place, and the next construction cycle is started. According to the construction method, binding of the whole reinforcement cage and pouring, curing and tensioning procedures of the concrete bridge are carried out at the same time, the construction efficiency is high, and the construction period is short.
