The invention relates to the technical field of railway maintenance mechanical equipment, in particular to an automatic track bed maintenance truck which comprises a water tank truck body and a cleaning assembly installed on the front side of the water tank truck body through an installation suspension, a water spraying assembly used for spraying water in a track area is arranged on the rear side of the top of the water tank truck body, and a water pump is arranged on the top of the installation suspension. The water pump is connected with the water spraying assembly and the cleaning assembly, and the water tank vehicle body is further provided with an automation assembly and a power supply assembly which are used for achieving equipment automation. The problems that the water utilization rate is low, spraying is uneven, partial areas cannot be covered, the cleaning structure is complex, the efficiency is low, the automation degree is reduced, and the maintenance situation cannot be remotely controlled and checked are solved.
