The invention provides a basement roof post-cast strip protection device which is characterized in that two water retaining frames are symmetrically arranged above a post-cast strip, and the outer side of each water retaining frame is connected with an L-shaped rubber pad; an opening is formed in the top of the water retaining frame, and a flapping rope is arranged in the opening; the flapping rope abuts against the L-shaped rubber pad, the middle of the top end of the flapping rope is connected with an L-shaped plate, the L-shaped plate is connected with a support, and a rotatable shifting plate is arranged on the support; a limiting plate corresponding to the L-shaped plate is fixedly mounted at the top of the water retaining frame, a limiting groove is formed in the end, close to the L-shaped plate, of the limiting plate, and a connecting plate is slidably mounted in the limiting groove and connected with the L-shaped plate; the water retaining frames are provided with driving assemblies used for driving the shifting plates to ascend intermittently, an abutting assembly is arranged between the two water retaining frames, the water retaining frames are provided with cleaning assemblies used for cleaning dust on the contact faces of the L-shaped rubber pads and the post-cast strip, and sealing plates are arranged above the water retaining frames. According to the device, the post-cast strip can be sealed, protection and water interception operation of the post-cast strip can be conveniently carried out, and the waterproof effect is good.
