The concrete floor sequentially comprises a gravel sand cushion damp-proof layer, an HDPE damp-proof impervious layer, a concrete base layer, a glass fiber cloth FRP reinforcing layer, a vinyl ester resin mortar structural layer, a glass fiber cloth color matching layer and a color matching modified vinyl resin finish paint layer from bottom to top. And the expansion joint is filled with a resin-based gel coat composite elastic sealant. By optimizing an existing floor and a construction process thereof, the problems that in the long-term use process of an existing floor, due to moisture regain, corrosive liquid permeates, the durability and reliability of a concrete structure are affected, and environmental pollution is caused by the fact that the existing floor enters soil and underground water through ground shrinkage cracks and the like are solved; and the service life, safety and environmental protection of the anti-corrosion ground are influenced because safe color materials such as factory building safe channels are not fused with the ground material.
本发明涉及工业建筑防腐技术领域,其目的在于提供了一种混凝土乙烯基树脂砂浆抗拉裂防腐地面施工工艺,自下而上依次包括碎石砂垫层防潮层、HDPE防潮抗渗层、砼基层、玻璃纤维布FRP增强层、乙烯基酯树脂砂浆结构层、玻璃纤维布调色层和调色改性乙烯基树脂面漆层,乙烯基酯树脂砂浆结构层上设置有伸缩缝,伸缩缝内填充有树脂基胶衣复合弹性密封胶。本发明通过对现有地面及其施工工艺进行优化,解决了现有地坪在长期使用过程中出现的返潮会导致腐蚀性液体渗透影响混凝土结构耐久性和可靠性,还通过地面收缩裂缝等进入土壤及地下水造成环境污染,以及厂房安全通道等安全色材质与本地面材质不融合,影响防腐地面使用寿命及安全环保的问题。
