A hole post-pouring support-free construction method relates to the technical field of building construction, and comprises the following steps: calculating parameters of a hole plugging formwork support and hole site processing parameters of a floor template according to construction parameters, manufacturing the formwork support by using the calculated parameters of the formwork support, mounting an embedded anchoring part, and after pouring is completed, performing hole plugging on the floor template by using the embedded anchoring part. The construction method comprises the steps that a floor formwork and a pouring positioning piece are dismantled, when a hole is plugged, after a formwork supporting connecting piece is connected with an embedded anchoring piece, a formwork supporting frame is connected with the formwork supporting connecting piece, the hole is plugged, and after plugging is completed, the formwork supporting connecting piece and the formwork supporting frame are dismantled to complete plugging work. The formwork supporting frame is directly installed at the hole to block the hole through the embedded anchoring part, the process of erecting a scaffold formwork supporting structure and the process of dismantling are omitted, a large amount of time is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
