The invention discloses a vehicle emergency unlocking circuit and an emergency unlocking method, a vehicle comprises a central control door lock and an electric control door lock, the electric control door lock comprises a door lock and a microswitch, the vehicle emergency unlocking circuit is connected between the central control door lock and the electric control door lock of the vehicle and comprises a power supply detection line and a device body, a capacitor or a battery is arranged in the device body, and the microswitch is connected with the power supply detection line. The capacitor or the battery is connected with the microswitch and the door lock; the power supply detection line is used for detecting the voltage of the device body; when the power supply detection line detects the voltage of more than 9V, the door lock is opened or closed through the central controller, and meanwhile, the capacitor or the battery is charged; when the power supply detection line detects that the voltage is lower than 9V or power is cut off thoroughly, the capacitor or the battery supplies power, and the door lock is opened through central control. The purpose of emergency unlocking can be achieved when the voltage of the vehicle is low or the vehicle is powered off, and the life safety of people in the vehicle can be prevented from being threatened under the emergency power-off condition.
