The invention discloses an emergency unlocking device in a vehicle. The emergency unlocking device in the vehicle comprises a body, a cover plate assembly arranged on the surface of the body, an unlocking assembly which is arranged on the body, makes contact with the cover plate assembly and is used for controlling the cover plate assembly to be opened and closed and a switch assembly which is arranged on the body and makes contact with the cover plate assembly, the unlocking assembly triggers the switch assembly after opening the cover plate assembly; and the body is provided with an inner operation device used for realizing vehicle door opening, and a control mechanism receives signals of the switch assembly and controls the vehicle door to be opened and closed through the inner operation device after processing. According to the emergency unlocking device in the vehicle, the situation that a train is emergently braked after the emergency unlocking device is operated by mistake is avoided, the operation reliability of the urban rail vehicle is improved; and the design is exquisite, and the emergency unlocking device is simple and reliable.
