The invention provides an anti-falling component and a door and window sash, the anti-falling component is used for preventing a plane material and a frame profile keeping the plane material from mutually falling off, the anti-falling component comprises a plane material abutting part and a profile abutting part which are fixed, the plane material abutting part is arranged on the peripheral side of the plane material and used for abutting against the plane material, and the profile abutting part abuts against the plane material. The profile abutting part is arranged in an installation opening part, used for installing the plane material, in the frame profile and used for abutting against the frame profile. The plane material and the frame sectional material can be well locked through the anti-falling part, the plane material and the frame sectional material are effectively prevented from loosening in the carrying or push-pull opening and closing process of a commodity provided with the anti-falling part, and the airtight performance of the commodity is reliably guaranteed; moreover, after the plane material and the frame section material are tightly locked and attached together by the anti-falling part, the fixed rubber strip can be mounted without adjusting the distance between the plane material and the frame section material, so that the assembly efficiency of the commodity is improved, the frame section material can be prevented from bulging outwards due to overlarge press-in force of the fixed rubber strip, and the airtight performance of the commodity is ensured.
