The invention relates to the field of doors and windows, in particular to a window sash anti-falling device. The window sash anti-falling device comprises an anti-falling rope and two anti-falling fixing blocks which are the same in size and structure, through holes are formed in the anti-falling fixing blocks, the anti-falling rope freely penetrates through the two through holes, and an anti-falling block is arranged at the tail end of the anti-falling rope; the two anti-falling fixing blocks are fixedly matched with the window sash and the window frame through fixing mechanisms respectively.
