Pile device and method for vibration driving
A pile arrangement (1) for vibratory driving, the pile arrangement (1) comprising: a rod (2) extending in a longitudinal direction between a first end (2a) and a second end (2b), the first end (2a) being arranged below the second end (2b) during driving of the pile arrangement (1); and a base structure (3) arranged at or near the first end (2a). The base structure (3) comprises a plurality of longitudinally open cells (6) arranged symmetrically around the rod (2) in a cross-section of the base structure (3), each cell (6) being defined by a plurality of cell walls (4, 5) extending in a longitudinal direction. Each cell (6) has a height to width ratio calculated to define a longitudinal extent of the shortest cell walls (4, 5) of the cell (6) divided by a significant distance (Sd) of the cross section of the cell (6). The height to width ratio is in the range of 1 to 30, for a unit (6) having a non-triangular cross-section, the significant distance (Sd) consists of the shortest distance between two mutually non-adjacent sides of the cross-section; and for a unit (806) having a triangular cross-section, the significant distance (Sd) consists of the shortest one of the bottom edge and the height of the cross-sectional triangle.
