Compared with the prior art, the rapid design method for the formula of the alkali-activated slag solidification engineering muck is provided with the alkali-activated slag solidification engineering muck as the object, the feasible formula can be directly calculated according to the basic performance of the engineering muck and the requirement for product performance, complex test debugging work is avoided, and then time and cost can be saved.
本发明涉及一种碱激发矿渣固化工程渣土的制备方法及应用及其配方的设计方法,属于建筑材料及资源化利用技术领域,该设计方法计算出以固化不同工程渣土所需要的高炉矿渣、氢氧化钠、水玻璃和外加水;该制备方法包括:按配方量,将工程渣土和高炉矿渣混合均匀,得到干料;按配方量,将氢氧化钠、水玻璃和外加水混合均匀,得到碱激发剂溶液;将干料和碱激发剂溶液混合均匀,即得碱激发矿渣固化工程渣土。与现有技术相比,本发明以碱激发矿渣固化工程渣土为对象,提出了其配方的快速设计方法,该方法可以根据工程渣土的基本性能,以及对产品性能需求直接计算可行的配方,避免繁杂的试验调试工作,进而可以节约时间与成本。
