The invention discloses a MoS2/Co3B antifriction material preparation method, which comprises: 1) ultrasonically dispersing MoS2 powder in analytically pure alcohol, filtering, and drying to obtain dispersed MoS2; (2) putting the dispersed MoS2 and Co3B powder into a ball milling tank, mixing, vacuumizing, and filling argon to obtain mixed powder; and (3) the mixed powder obtained in the step (2) is put into a graphite grinding tool, primary vacuum pressure sintering is conducted, then furnace cooling is conducted, secondary vacuum pressure sintering is conducted, then furnace cooling is conducted, and the MoS2/Co3B antifriction material is obtained and is excellent in antifriction performance and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种MoS2/Co3B减摩材料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:1)将MoS2粉超声分散于分析纯酒精中,过滤后进行烘干,得分散好的MoS2;2)将分散好的MoS2与Co3B粉放入球磨罐中混合,并抽真空后充入氩气,得混合粉;3)将步骤2)所得混合粉放入石墨磨具中,再进行一次真空压力烧结,然后随炉冷却,再进行二次真空压力烧结,然后随炉冷却,得MoS2/Co3B减摩材料,该材料的减摩性能优异,且成本较低。
