The invention discloses an intermittent ceramic granulation powder preparation method, which comprises: 1, taking a ceramic ultrafine powder raw material as a base material, adding a polyethylene glycol aqueous solution accounting for 4-6% of the mass of the ceramic ultrafine powder raw material, stirring until uniform mixing, and sealing and aging for 12-24 h; step 2, pouring the aged ceramic ultrafine powder raw material into a disc granulator, and granulating by utilizing the rotation and rolling of the disc granulator until more than 70% of the ceramic aged material becomes required particles; 3, the seed particles are poured into a disc pelletizer, the disc pelletizer is started to scatter the seed particles, meanwhile, a polyethylene glycol aqueous solution is sprayed, and when the seed particles grow to 0.5 mm, the disc pelletizer continues to be rotated for 60-120 min; 4, screening the ceramic raw material microspheres; the prepared ceramic granulation powder is compact in single ball, smooth in surface, good in sphericity degree, high in fluidity and compaction density, and beneficial to improvement of forming and sintering consistency of a ceramic green body; the preparation method is simple, low in working intensity, low in energy consumption and flexible in production adjustment.
本发明公开了一种间歇式陶瓷造粒粉制备方法,包括:步骤一、取陶瓷超细粉原料为基料,外加其质量4~6%的聚乙二醇水溶液,搅拌至混合均匀,密封陈腐12~24h;步骤二、将陈腐好的陶瓷超细粉原料倒入圆盘造粒机中,利用圆盘造粒机的旋转滚动进行造粒,直至70%以上的陶瓷陈腐料均成为所需粒种;步骤三、将粒种倒入圆盘造粒机中,启动圆盘造粒机将粒种打散,同时喷入聚乙二醇水溶液,待粒种长大至0.5mm时,并继续旋转圆盘造粒机60~120min;步骤四、将陶瓷原料微球进行筛分;本发明制备的陶瓷造粒粉单球致密,表面光滑,球形度好,造粒粉流动性和压实密度大,有助于提高陶瓷坯体成型和烧结一致性;制备方法简单,工作强度低,能耗小,生产调整灵活。
