The invention discloses a rail transit pile connection E-shaped structure which comprises a two-hole one-link or multi-hole one-link E-shaped structure body, the E-shaped structure body comprises a bottom plate and webs, the webs are arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate in the length direction of the bottom plate and are perpendicular to the bottom plate, and the three webs and the bottom plate are fixedly connected to form an E shape. The bottom plate comprises a midspan bottom plate part and a fulcrum bottom plate part, the lower part of the fulcrum bottom plate is provided with an embedding hole, the bottom surface of the embedding hole and the plane of the bottom plate form a set angle, and a pile head at the top of the pile foundation is widened and embedded in the embedding hole. According to the rail transit pile-connected E-shaped structure, the structure is simple, the pile foundation is used for erection, a roadbed transition section does not need to be built, the problem that a transition section where a viaduct enters the ground is large in occupied area is solved, the pile foundation goes deep into the ground, the roadbed settlement problem is solved, the roadbed transition section is not used, and the construction cost is reduced.
