Trestle and platform dismantling method
The trestle and platform dismantling method comprises the steps that S1, a bridge deck system is dismantled, specifically, (1) a trestle power source is turned off, and navigation mark indicating lamps, street lamps, cables and the like on the two sides of a trestle and a bridge deck platform are dismantled and cleaned; (2) cutting off a pipeline bracket and a protective barrier, and collecting and arranging; and (3) the U-shaped bolts are removed, and the bridge deck is lifted by a crawler crane. The crawler crane, the vibratory hammer and the flat car are matched with one another, trestle and platform dismantling equipment is consistent with erecting equipment, and the sequence of dismantling a main span from top to bottom and dismantling from the middle to the two sides is followed; the bridge deck ancillary facilities and the bridge deck slab are dismantled in a span-by-span mode in sequence according to the sequence of dismantling the bridge deck ancillary facilities, the bridge deck slab, the collection net, the distribution beams, the Bailey, the pile top main cross beams and the steel pipe piles, electromagnets are adopted for assistance in multiple positions in the dismantling process, the stability of structural parts in the dismantling and transferring process is effectively improved, manpower output is reduced, and the dismantling efficiency of a trestle is improved. And meanwhile, the integrity of equipment of the bridge body part is also ensured.
本发明公开一种栈桥及平台拆除方法,包括,S1、桥面系拆除:(1)关闭栈桥电源,拆除并清理栈桥以及桥面平台两侧的航标指示灯、路灯、电缆等;(2)割除管线支架、防护栏杆,并收集整理;(3)拆除U型螺栓,履带吊提升桥面板。本发明通过履带吊、振动锤和平板车之间相互配合,栈桥和平台拆除设备与搭设设备一致,遵循“由上往下,主跨拆除,由中间往两边拆除”的顺序,依次按照拆除桥面附属设施、桥面板、配套搭设收集网、分配梁、贝雷、桩顶主横梁及钢管桩的顺序逐跨拆除,拆除过程中通过多处采用电磁铁辅助,有效提高了拆除转运过程中结构件的稳定性,减少了人力输出,提高了栈桥的拆除效率,同时还保证了桥体部分设备的完整性。
