The invention provides a wall-mounted flush toilet capable of suppressing the occurrence of irregularities in the overall contour shape of the toilet body and suppressing the influence on the appearance. A wall-mounted flush toilet (1) according to the present invention is provided with a pottery toilet body (2) provided with a bowl section (8) for receiving dirt and a drain elbow section (10) for discharging the dirt in the bowl section by connecting an inlet section (10a) to the lower part of the bowl section, the pottery toilet body further comprising: a skirt section (12) for covering the outlines of the bowl section and the drain elbow section from the side; and a rear end part (2a) formed at the rear of the skirt part and fixed to the wall (W). The rear end part is provided with a firing pedestal part (14) which functions as a pedestal to be grounded in the firing step of the pottery forming step.
