To provide a wall-mounted flush toilet which comprises an illumination device and enables a prescribed floor region direct below a toilet bowl main body or a prescribed floor region behind the lowest end portion of a drainage trap portion can be irradiated with light emitted from the illumination device.SOLUTION: A disclosed wall-mounted flush toilet 1 has a toilet bowl main body 2 which is arranged in such a way as to be separated upwards from a floor surface F and which includes: a bowl portion 8; drain trap portion 10 in which an inlet portion 10a thereof is connected to the bottom of the bowl portion and which discharges excrement from the bowl portion; a skirt portion 12 covering the outer shell of each of the bowl portion and the drain trap portion from the outside; and a backward wall portion 2a which is formed behind the skirt portion and is fixed to the wall W. The wall-mounted flush toilet 1 further has an illumination device 14 which is fixed to the toilet bowl main body 2 and irradiates a floor surface with light, the illumination device is arranged behind the lowest end and in an inner space S of the toilet bowl main body 2 above the low end of the skirt portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
