The invention provides a connecting structure, a building module and an assembling method, the connecting structure is suitable for the building module, the building module comprises an upper layer module and a lower layer module which are adjacent in the vertical direction, and the connecting structure comprises a containing component, a connecting rod, a positioning component and a fastening component. The accommodating component is connected to the lower layer module; one end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the receiving member between an unlocked position and a locked position. The end, away from the containing component, of the connecting rod is connected to the positioning component and protrudes out of the positioning component upwards. The fastening component is connected to the part, upwards protruding out of the positioning component, of the connecting rod, so that the upper-layer module and the lower-layer module are fixedly connected. According to the connecting structure, through mutual cooperation of the connecting rod, the containing component, the positioning component and the fastening component, the locking and unlocking states of the connecting rod and the containing component can be switched by rotating the connecting rod, operation is convenient and fast, and rapid assembling and disassembling of the building module are facilitated.
