The invention provides a connecting part for a profile combined modular building. The connecting part comprises a center part and a plurality of connecting portions; the plurality of connecting portions extend outward from the center part; the connecting portions extend to different directions. The invention also provides beam column materials for the building. The beam column materials comprise an extension portion and two end portions. The beam column materials are characterized in that at least one of the end portions is matched with at least one of the connecting portions of the connecting part in shape. The invention also provides a building frame structure and the building which are built through the connecting part and the beam column materials and a building method thereof.
