The invention relates to the technical field of building installation, and discloses a fiber cement board, a wall structure and a construction method thereof, the fiber cement board comprises a cement board body, glass fiber mesh cloth and back ribs, the glass fiber mesh cloth and the back ribs are arranged on the back face of the cement board body, and in the scheme, the glass fiber mesh cloth and the back ribs are arranged on the back face of the cement board body; the toughness of the glass fiber mesh cloth and the rigidity of the back ribs are combined, so that the bearing capacity, stability and durability of the cement board body are remarkably improved, the cement board body is more suitable for bearing complex loads and environmental conditions, good performance can be kept when the cement board body bears loads of different types, and the cement board body breaks through artificial board curtain walls of high-rise buildings of 24 m or above in China; conventionally, only steel frame plates can be carried; according to the wall body structure, the interlayer plates and the fiber cement plates are alternately mounted, so that when a certain layer of cement plate of the wall body structure is damaged and needs to be replaced, only the interlayer plate at the highest position of the layer needs to be dismounted, the workload is reduced, and meanwhile, the working efficiency is also improved.
