A control device (1A) is provided with drive units (21S, 5), a posture information acquisition unit (31), and a control unit (50). The control unit (50) calculates the gravity center velocity of the work device (20) on the basis of the posture information of the work device (20) detected by the posture information acquisition unit (31), and calculates a target gravity center velocity, which is the target value of the gravity center velocity, on the basis of the difference between the ground work applied to the ground by the work device (20) and the target ground work. A command signal to which a feedback correction is applied such that the gravity center velocity approaches the target gravity center velocity is input to the drive units (21S, 5).
控制装置(1A)包括驱动部(21S、5)、姿势信息取得部(31)及控制部(50)。控制部(50)基于姿势信息取得部(31)所检测的作业装置(20)的姿势信息,运算作业装置(20)的重心速度,另一方面,基于作业装置(20)对地面所做的对地功与目标对地功之差,运算所述重心速度的目标值即目标重心速度,并将以使所述重心速度接近所述目标重心速度的方式被施加了反馈修正的指令信号输入至驱动部(21S、5)。
