Method for preparing porous ceramic by stirring foaming method
The invention relates to a method for preparing porous ceramic through a stirring foaming method, and belongs to the technical field of porous ceramic preparation. The method for preparing the porous ceramic by the stirring foaming method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing ceramic powder, deionized water, a dispersing agent, a conditioning agent, an organic monomer, a cross-linking agent and a water-based polymer material to form ceramic slurry; (2) putting the ceramic slurry into a ball milling tank for ball milling, discharging after ball milling is completed, adding a surfactant into the ceramic slurry, uniformly mixing, putting into a foaming device, adding mixed powder of ammonium persulfate and tetramethylammonium hydroxide, uniformly mixing, dropwise adding tetramethylethylenediamine, uniformly stirring, pouring into a mold made of a non-water-seepage and non-coagulation-resistant material, and curing, thereby obtaining the non-water-seepage and non-coagulation-resistant ceramic material. Demolding after curing is completed to obtain a ceramic green body; and (3) drying and sintering the ceramic green body to obtain the porous ceramic. The curing process of the porous ceramic green body can be realized at room temperature, the requirement on equipment is low, and the operation is convenient.
本发明涉及一种搅拌发泡法制备多孔陶瓷的方法,属于多孔陶瓷制备技术领域;本发明的搅拌发泡法制备多孔陶瓷的方法包括如下步骤:(1)将陶瓷粉体、去离子水、分散剂、调节剂、有机单体、交联剂、水性高分子材料混合后形成陶瓷料浆;(2)将陶瓷料浆放入球磨罐中进行球磨,完成后出料,往陶瓷料浆中加入表面活性剂,混匀后放入发泡装置中,加入过硫酸铵和四甲基氢氧化铵混合粉混匀后,滴入四甲基乙二胺,搅拌均匀后浇注于非渗水非阻凝材料制成的模具中进行固化,固化完成后脱模,得到陶瓷坯体;(3)将陶瓷坯体进行干燥、烧结,得到多孔陶瓷。本发明的多孔陶瓷坯体的固化过程在室温条件下即可实现,对设备要求低,操作方便。
