The invention discloses a method for repairing microcracks in silicon carbide porous ceramic isostatic pressing forming, and belongs to the field of porous ceramic material preparation. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out capillary penetration on micro-cracks by adopting a repairing liquid, drying after the micro-cracks are filled with the repairing liquid, and finally sintering in a high-temperature furnace to obtain well-healed silicon carbide porous ceramic. According to the preparation method, the inorganic columnar fibers are mainly introduced, and the micro-cracks on the surface of the porous ceramic are repaired in a sol dipping manner, so that the yield in the isostatic pressing preparation process is increased, the problem of low strength after stress concentration due to the existence of the formed micro-cracks is solved, and the service life of the silicon carbide porous ceramic under complex working conditions is prolonged.
